Shipping & Pickup Policy

Production Time
Most Merch 4 Dayz apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your order to be completed before it is shipped or ready for pickup.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time. During especially busy periods or large group orders, production may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact Merch 4 Dayz as soon as possible.

Merch Store Pickup
Some Merch 4 Dayz online stores offer free local pickup at the participating business, school, organization, or other designated pickup location.

If you select pickup at checkout, please do not go to the pickup location until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. That email confirms that your order has been completed and is available for you.

Pickup locations and instructions will be shown during checkout and/or in your pickup notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of our control. If your tracking information indicates a problem or your package appears to be lost, please contact Merch 4 Dayz and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.
