Merch 4 Dayz Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Products
Most Merch 4 Dayz apparel is made to order specifically for you. Please carefully review your size, color, design, and personalization choices before placing your order.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may have entered production and can no longer be canceled or changed.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, design, or personalization selections made by the customer.

Please review any available sizing information carefully before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or Merch 4 Dayz made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to correct the problem at no additional cost. We may ask for photos of the item so we can determine the best way to resolve the issue.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
